At Be Beautiful Hair, Beauty & Aesthetics Salon in Preston, we value every client, and your appointments matter to us. Our team carefully prepares for each visit to deliver the highest standard of service, dedicating time, products and resources to ensure your experience is exceptional.
When appointments are missed or cancelled without sufficient notice, this valuable time cannot be offered to clients on our waiting list.
All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee/deposit.
48 Hours' Notice Required
Any cancellation or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee/deposit.
24 Hours' Notice or No-Show
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time, or failure to attend your appointment, will be charged at 100% of the scheduled service cost.
We understand that emergencies can happen; however, last-minute cancellations leave us unable to fill the appointment space.
Colour Appointments
If you are new to our colour services, a consultation is required before booking.
If it has been more than 6 months since your last colour service with us, a new consultation and patch test will be needed.
Path tests are required 48 hours prior to your appointment.
