Cancellation Policy At Be Beautiful Hair, Beauty & Aesthetics Salon in Preston

At Be Beautiful Hair, Beauty & Aesthetics Salon in Preston, we value every client, and your appointments matter to us. Our team carefully prepares for each visit to deliver the highest standard of service, dedicating time, products and resources to ensure your experience is exceptional.

When appointments are missed or cancelled without sufficient notice, this valuable time cannot be offered to clients on our waiting list. To keep our diary running smoothly and fairly for all, we kindly ask that you provide at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Booking Fees & Cancellations

A non-refundable booking fee is required for all appointments.

During busy periods, a 50% booking fee applies, including for longer or higher-value services.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours will result in the booking fee being forfeited.

Cancellations made with less than 48 business hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full appointment fee.

Be Beautiful reserves the right to charge the full fee for cancellations or no-shows that fall outside the required notice period.

Colour Appointments

If you are new to our colour services, a consultation is required before booking.

If it has been more than 6 months since your last colour service with us, a new consultation and patch test will be needed.
